GT Metal Corporation is the culmination of a proprietary venture established in 1986 by      Engr. Greg L. Tan known then as G.T. Metal Concept Enterprise.  Originally intended as a metal retail outlet specializing in Mild Steel Plates, H and I Beams, Angle Bars and assorted Metal requirements of industry, it metamorphosed into a metal cutting and fabrication specialist enterprise.

  In 1996, together with a partner, it ventured into the manufacturer of Readily Assembled Multi-Options Shelter or R.A.M.O.S, an acronym for pre-fabricated public school buildings during the RAMOS Administration as a sub-contractor for all metal parts such as Metal Trusses, Columns, Beams, Metal Doors, and Anchorage Bolts. From this humble beginning, G.T. METAL CORPORATION is in the penultimate stage of finalizing the proprietary patent of the expandable readily Assembled Packaged or E.R.A.P which is again an acronym for a more cost-effective pre-fabricated school building to meet the educational needs of the Estrada Administration.
